The first
step is to learn how to control yourself. You should start by controlling the
time spent playing games; set up a schedule if you think it can help (play
games during the weekend only...). Avoid playing games for consecutive hours.
It is advisable to take at least a 15 minutes break every hour. It will also
help to prolong the life of your console (reduce overheating).
